Shipping & Returns

We understand that when you place an order, you are eager to receive the product and get it installed. That's why we offer FREE shipping to 48 continental states using UPS and FedEx Ground. We do our best to make sure you receive your new range hood quickly by shipping within 1 business day of the date the order was placed. (FedEx 2 Day shipping is available at an additional cost).

FREIGHT: In stock oversized items, or items too heavy for ground shipment will be shipped with our freight carrier and will be sent out within 5-7 business days from the date the order was placed.

Exceptions: We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO areas. Free shipping does not apply to HI, AK, PR, and Canada. Shipping costs vary and will be calculated at checkout (economy international shipping rate is available to Canadian customers). Please call for more information if you live outside of the contiguous 48 United States or Canada.

Risk of Loss: We cannot be directly responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will need to contact us immediately if the entire shipment was not received within three (3) full days after the carrier’s estimated delivery date. All requests must be made within 14 days from the date of shipment for any possibility of a claim.

We do our best to package your product safely and securely to prevent damage, however it may occur occasionally. If you see clear damage upon receipt of your package, please do not accept the package but return to sender immediately.

Return Policy

We know that sometimes a purchase doesn’t work out the way you hoped. Any appliance may be returned or exchanged in its original packaging within 30 days under the following conditions:

We understand that some customers are remodeling their home and the package may sit in storage for a time. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect and test the product to assure that there is no damage and it is working properly. If you notice damage, please notify ShopRangeHoods.com within 30 days.
